In the 1985 movie, Mask, at the end of the movie when Rocky Dennis' mother (Cher) finds him lying dead in his bed after the school calls asking why he didn't show up. She breaks down afterwards. Tough scene to watch.

The napalm scene in we were soldiers. When he grabs his legs. I can't look at it.
The grenade scene in wind talkers. The slow stabbing scene in saving private Ryan. And even though it wasn't based of true evens the shower room scene when the team gets layed out in the rock with Sean Connery. Really the entire ending bothered me for some reason. And if you ever watch winter on fire I had so many sad feelings watching that documentary |

Don't laugh, but in Pixar's "UP" . The montage about the couple's life that ends with the wife dying. No dialogue at all, just pictures. It's amazing how much that cartoon tore people up.
