The bats were chained to poles. Th chains were big and about 10'long. Hard to use the bat to hit someone. News is up in arms about. Police are saying don't touch them.

Reports from people in fear that weapons are everywhere.

A metal bat had the end cut off to attach the nails. PD thought it was bomb and called the bomb squad.

To me it sounded like an Epic Troll. 35 bats chained to poles puts city into panic.
