I got nothing, Mrs. L told me someone was leaving spiked ball bats in San Francisco, wondered what the hive thought about it.
ETA - Wait, found it ... http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/11/28/san-francisco-police-ask-for-help-in-finding-who-is-chaining-spiked-baseball/?intcmp=latestnews |

Maybe dropped like Liberator pistols for some kind of uprising or chaos.

In some neighborhoods guns are hidden in bushes and such. It keeps them nearby for use but not on their body if they're searched.

If there are spiked bats laying around, I have to tell people there to snatch some up. They may come in handy. |

You are literally part of an art project and the artist's statement and vision, and you don't even know it...which makes it so cutting edge that if you knew about it the artistry would instantly vanish and everything associated with it would suddenly become commercialized and gauche.

What make and model of bat...and what's the length and metal grade of the spikes??????
|

It is actually an "ART" exhibit, and I would snatch them fuckers up, well it is a "felony" in CA. I think the artist is either that dude that did the gay shit in Central Park or Bansky. Either way, snatch them up. They will be worth big money. |

Still not sure what these threads do, but I'll throw my hat in |

Good chance it's some wack "art" project by a no-name artist trying to make a statement that literally nobody will understand.

lol Some serious looking bats in those pictures. https://www.google.com/search?q=san+francisco+spiked+bat&biw=1366&bih=604&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiO65Tb3bTJAhUQo4gKHexFD_IQ_AUIBigA&dpr=1 |

The bats were chained to poles. Th chains were big and about 10'long. Hard to use the bat to hit someone. News is up in arms about. Police are saying don't touch them.
Reports from people in fear that weapons are everywhere. A metal bat had the end cut off to attach the nails. PD thought it was bomb and called the bomb squad. To me it sounded like an Epic Troll. 35 bats chained to poles puts city into panic. |
