A nice tomato and bread. I see a monster BLT on the horizon. With some sweet beans. I love that crunch when you press the toast down.
May not be best for the beetys but it is best for my moral. Then I go back to eating right. Down almost 90 pounds.
Was trying to take pressure off the knees. That and I was just too tired to eat.

Kind of slow today around here...Hope it picks up some tonight.
You kids are something else. I owe you all my life.
And I don't say that lightly.

Hopefully if I can get a few things done at home before the block mason shows up I can take a day or two off.

Hell no! One short wall was enough.  "It'll come right off" they said.  They were wrong.  But it will make the job better/easier when we go to putting up walls and such.

Oh, and it hadn't rained in over a month.  Now that I have a big hole and I'm waiting on block what happens?  A huge gulley washer covers my nice new footers in an inch of red mud.

Proof of life.

In the hospital again. More of the same, esophageal bleeding.

Not a major bleed this time, no transfusions.
Endo surgery done, and liver scan. Been here a couple of days, maybe out tomorrow.

Not dead yet . . .

Not a major bleed this time, no transfusions.
