I've never spent any time around someone I've felt was truly creepy. Certainly some that'll make ya wonder if there's a screw loose, but none of those dead behind the eyes types.

A few come to mind.
Jacob, just south of Shenandoah NP. In RMNP, a guy who abducted his neighbor's child from a Chicago suburb. Robert Allen Hale, up in the middle of nowhere in the Yukon. A BMW GS rider with Texas plates just outside of Jackson, WY. Sought out LE for two of them. One was arrested. |

He saw me, abruptly stopped, fixated on me, and gave a ghoulish smile as he began to dismount his bike. Thankfully, my brother and mother caught-up with me while he was still walking toward me. Upon seeing them, his face voided of any expression, he climbed back on his bike and quickly fled. Thirty-years later, I can still see his face - The creepiest, evilest smile I've seen in person. |

Buddy if mine used to hang around with this real creepy dude, not sure why. Fatter guy, a few inches taller than me, glasses, curly hair. First time I met him he starts asking me questions about what I thought of high energy compositions. He would make weird jokes about doing horrible things to people, and his laugh.....dear God, that laugh. It was so unsettling. Like something breaking. It was just an evil, maniacle laugh, and his eyes would light up too. I've heard creepy laughs before but this guy's laugh literally made me squirm. He had a small chuckle he would let out for no apparent reason too, like a less intense version of his laugh. Like he was fantasizing about some fucked up shit that he found funny.
My immediate instinct was "keep this guy where you can see him at all times." He never tried anything, but had a very unsettling vibe. Had a polite front, but you could see something brewing behind his facade. Eventually he left, I never saw him again. Then one day my buddy tells me "yeah, you remember Chad? He's one of the county's most wanted." Brought up a web page and he was wanted for multiple assaults, attempted murder, sexual assault, and sexual assault involving a child. They caught him eventually, and I don't know what happened after that other than he got locked up. Then there was this Todd dude we used to see at the disc golf course. Again, fat, glasses, curly hair. He seemed harmless, or at least I wasn't the least bit afraid of him, but he'd get angry about something and talk about cutting people into pieces, and sometimes cannibalism. He'd come up with some idea he wanted to do and when no one wanted to do it he'd get all flustered and jerky, make weird groaning noises, and the kind of grooming motions associated with pre-assault indicator behaviors. No idea what happened to him. |

Former Green Beret who was 6'6 who got off on hurting people (he would brag about working at the jail and beating up inmates), groping and accosting underage girls (x-wife and multiple co-workers all said this about him), and cheating people in friendly card games (what I witnessed). Dude is a psychopath who nobody would confront.

Any creepy person I have ever met in real life is overshadowed by our President Select and some of his minions. I have met some Fundie Christians that are close. Not sure if the far Lefty Libs or Fundie Christians are more screwed up and creepy?

Another guy talked about a child they were being a foster parent for, who in response to not being bought a toy or something, said calmly they were going to kill that person. Yipes! I've thankfully not been exposed to such people - even in the Army, everyone was a functional human. But I'm sure many others, including lots of cops and mental health pros, have had other experiences. So who's just made you wince and your skin crawl right from the start? Hillary Clinton was a heinous bitch from day one, but one of her underlings had a whole different sort of creepiness about him. A few years later he was in the news getting arrest for pedophilia. |

He didnt seem creepy at the time. I was just a kid out of high school with my first real job in a shop
He was the head of maintenance and was the guy from my impression everyone liked. One day at least 20 cops bust in every door and I see him running and jump out a window then he jumps in the river and starts swimming across it. He was kidnapping girls at mall parking lots and raping them . He was married with two young children. |

I used to work with this short guy who was very weird, just couldnt act normal. Looked like he had jaundice. Would come in and sit and smile and say things in a monotone fake cheery voice. "Hi how are ya? Wonderful weather were having"

My ex wife’s uncle. That guy immediately set off alarm bells from the first time I met him. The weird way he made eye contact, his posture and body language, the way he spoke. Everything about the guy just screamed “there’s something wrong with this guy”.
Him and his wife didn’t have children of their own and often offered to watch ours when we needed a sitter. I always told the ex “fuck no that guy is a fucking creep” which she agreed. She never liked being around him when she was young. About ten years ago he was arrested for soliciting sex online from a 12 year old boy. After his arrest they found a bunch of kiddie porn on his PC. He spent 8 years in prison, got paroled and in a few months was sent back for doing the same shit again. Always trust your gut. |

I remember seeing a thread asking the same kind of question but from LE/first responders, and there was one story in it I found unsettling. Was something about a jailer transporting a convicted murderer somewhere, but that the convict gave off this unholy, dark, evil vibe that made even the experienced jailer feel uncomfortable.

Knew a dude 30+ years ago that creeped me TF out. Dude had stacks and stacks of hardcore porn magazines. He used to sit for hours with scissors and glue cutting them up and making these bizarre collages on poster board. The whole time mumbling under his breath to himself.

I worked at a specialized school for kids with severe emotional issues. In a large urban, where the county districts had their own alternative schools, the kids who needed more services and oversight were sent to us.
There were a few that sent chills up my spine. One that stands out was a predator in every sense of the word, especially towards female staff and students. Luckily we had a very good team and he was never out of arm’s reach of male program assistant. But that dude knew every manipulation tactic you could think of. I can’t even put into words his demeanor when he was trying to go after somebody. It was very charming and charismatic, a true psychopath. When he wasn’t getting his way he could become extremely violent. Since he was under 18 that was not his official diagnosis. |

I saw one of my daughter's friends at a restaurant and went to say hello. She was with her boyfriend and the guy gave off a dark predator vibe. I was cordial, shook hands with him and he was just off. Looked like he wanted to make a break for it when I was talking with them. Short time later he sexually assaulted her. Messed her up pretty bad mentally.
Coworker, seemed overly cheerful. Kinda resonates with some of the other descriptions I have seen posted about laughing at their own comments. I thought he maybe homosexual, but live and let live. I just kept him at a respectful distance. Police arrested him at work for sexually abusing kids. |

In 2012 I was considering buying a new Toyota FJ Cruiser and we went to a dealer in Houma Louisiana and the creepy salesman kept referring to how there is enough room to hide bodies in the back hatch area…he referred to this about three or four times and I looked at my wife and I said let’s get the fuck out of here.
Got in the truck, left and called the manager and told him he had a freak working there and we would never be back |

There was one guy I saw at a bar in Sacramento back when I did a lot of traveling for work. He just had a smile that screamed "predator" to me, as though he was looking for someone to keep the person he already had tied up in his basement company. I never found out anything about him, but I wouldn't let him out of my sight when I was there.
I remember a classmate in 7th grade that was definitely off. I have searched his name to see if anything crazy pops up, but nothing so far. |

A guy that used to work for me as a Temp. As soon as we left his interview, I turned to my top engineer who had interviewed him with me and said, "So you want to hire the serial killer?"
We did. We referred to him as "Johnny" after Jack Nicholson's character in The Shining. He worked the night shift for us when the Gilgo Beach hooker killings were happening, including one girl who disappeared from a motel about a half mile from our office. I had always thought about reviewing his badge reading for the night she went missing but decided I didn't really want to know. I was really surprised when they arrested someone else. |

When I was a little kid, my parents took us to a parade in Lawrence MA. Might have been a st paddy’s day parade…anyway, I was standing in the street to get a better view and I remember Teddy Kennedy walked by me about 5 feet away. I recall thinking (as a little kid) this big guy in a blue pin stripe suit looked very creepy to me. Turns out he was.

I used to go out after work with a bunch of girls from my work. We were at a bar that we frequented and had had a few drinks. A guy came over and started talking to me, he was actually kinda cute, but he made my skin crawl. I saw him hit on another girl, with the same outcome.
He then hit on the sister of one of my friends, and she left with him. I told her it was a bad idea… he tried to rape her. She got away and ran to the nearby police station, thankfully. |
