All of it . I dont like cheap shit . With the exception of some consumables, and I still buy mostly name brands of those . Honestly, I wouldn’t even know where to start.

Locally sourced meat. We drive 45 minutes once a week to buy meats from a family that owns the ranch, farm, and butcher shop.
We try VERY hard only to eat out at locally owned places. For those times I need/want a soda, Mexican coke |

Stabila levels are pretty damn good and I have several that need a good washing but function great.

Buy once, cry once.
Don’t buy cheap shit unless it’s absolutely all you can afford. |

Almost everything. If it's something I use/consume frequently, I want it to be high quality, within reason of course. Not necessarily talking gucci everything, I just make sure that I'm not spending money on junk, and that what I'm buying will last. Life is too short to deal with crappy quality when it comes to almost anything in life.
I usually figure out what is the "best bang for your buck" for a given product, and then either go with that if it's quality enough, or step up a little bit into diminishing returns for a bit of extra refinement. But finding that product usually involves being fairly particular to ensure I'm still getting good quality. |

I'm fussy on socks, shoes, undies, t shirts, towels and sheets.
Doesn't have to be expensive but it's gotta be soft/comfortable Kitchen knives (Japanese), whiskey glasses (cut crystal) |

Macbook pros
I know I don't even come close to maximizing what it can do but they never break on me, unless my wife spills water into one. |

I can’t use cheap/inexpensive hand tools for more than a few seconds without dropping them in disgust. Knipex pliers for life.

Very picky about what I eat. I very rarely eat fast food. Doesn't always have to be that expensive. A lot of my food is stuff that came from what I've killed or grown. Send off a cow to butcher from time to time. Eat a lot of deer, ducks, geese, specs and redfish when I can.
I pay pretty well for boots even though nowdays I rarely work on my feet. Either steel toe work boots when I go out in the field/shop or cowboy boots I'm not a fan of buying on price that is super cheap. Same for other types of footwear. I have to go to the bank about every two months to update them on the credit line for the company I do contract work for, I wear ecco. I think I paid a couple hundred bucks a piece for my two duck hunting parkas cause I like being waterproof and somewhat warm. Basscat boats even though they have now been sold to another company, they were at the time of my last purchase the last small family owned bassboat company. |

Quoted: I've been seeing the constant commercials on the "man channels" like MotorTrend TV and when watching MLB. I always think "no way in hell, that shit will clog the pipes". Unlike regular TP, any of the wet wipe type stuff doesn’t disintegrate readily, and can clog stuff. Pretty sure GD’ers who work in plumbing have confirmed this. |

I like Barbour jackets and coats. Definitely a "buy once, cry once" category - but not crazy expensive.

produce and meats
Crocs - they have to be extra fancy or I won't buy them |

Shame still accompanies even a passing thought of entering a Harbor Freight.

CPUs and GPUs.
I bought a Deere instead of a Kubota, so some folks would say I'm uppity about tractors, I guess. I like both brands, but the Deere dealer is substantially better in every way where I live. |

Used to be single malts, but then I stopped drinking.
Now I cultivate boredom. |
