Geez, where you guys been? I've been carrying guns in guitar cases for years. Auto-Ordnance even makes a repro "violin case" to carry your Thompson in.

I like those Auto Ord. cases! May have to get one instead of using an old guitAR gig bag. Since I now pack an AR daily, I was tired of getting funny looks from neighbors while carrying a shinny metal gun case to\from my car and apartment.

I highly recommend Musicians Friend for your gun...er...guitar case needs. Soft gig bags are are pretty inexpensive. Occasionally even as low as $10. They have numerous hardcases, including one in the shape of a coffin with red velvet lining - would be pretty cool for your black rifle.

We need to run this by JLA, maybe he can get a special discount offer worked out for a group purchase. We'll need get to work on a covert logo too. When finished we should send one to Ted Nugent, that'd be a guitAR case he'd appreciate.

Yep, I carry the UZI in a briefcase. Very descreet this way. I call it my "executive assistant". [;)] I have also thought about getting one of the larger hard shell golf cases to carry the rifles in. The ones I have looked at could hold three rifles with some accessories if set up right.
