How do I post pictures, do I have to be a team member and use the photoserver, or can I do something else and add a link?

Enclose the URL using img tags - (img)http://tinypic.com/evdsp3.gif(/img)

Replace the ( ) with [ ]

Get adobe photoshop, under the Image directory, click image size, and then fool around with the exterior dimensions of the picture.  Then save as a different file so that you have your origional size picture (you loose pixels when you shrink it, so if you ever wanted it bigger, it will look better if you keep the origional, instead of having to make the smaller one bigger again.
