I would sure like to see separate section in the EE for AR-10's and AK's. Maybe not separate sections for items such as mags and accessories but at least for the rifles.

I'm constantly trying to wade through the "general" EE sections for AK stuff.

I'd bet that a lot more people would post stuff in an AK EE section, as it wouldn't get lost in the shuffle of other things.

The rest of the world is starting to discover what we here on the AK side of AR15.com already knew. That the wave of the future in kit building is the AK. Whole companies have grown up by now serving the ever increasing AK market. This has actually brought the level of AK parts and gear to a higher level than OEM AK stuff.

An AK EE forum will provide AR15.com with an easy to use buy/sell section for this fast growing segment. Many can knock the AK, as many knock the AR, but more and more AR owners are buying AKs to play with, for examples of "the other side", or because they are cheap. As these members buy these guns, they will also buy accesories, and parts, etc. Providing a separate EE for the AK type weapons is the logical progression. With a separate AK section, people will find it easier to not only buy AK stuff, but sell it as well.

How about replaceing the NFA section with an AK section. The NFA section is almost completly dead.

ark, I don't really like the idea of replacing anything existing. SOMEONE won't like it.

I would like an AK section in the EE. AK parts, accessories, special builds are a growing part of my company and posting new stuff in the AK discussion forum is uncomfortable, but right now it is the only way to get the word out.,

I agree AK's deserve a section of thier own. An AK owner does not refer there AK as a mere rifle. It is an AK for cripes sake. Please give the AK a section of thier own. Thank you.

Mod's any luck on this? I do really think this is a great idea! Especially, now that the SEAK will be generating revenue for the site. Pretty please, It does really suck to have to wade through all the other posts to find the ak stuff.

GB hopes to have some time in the coming weeks to pop both an AK & AR-10 forum into the E.E. I won't make any guarantee's on how soon but he does have intentions of doing so asap.
