I would like something new to me / us.

Something that can be served cold or warmed up. We have a 2 hour drive so it's made at home and re-heated in foil pan on a Weber there or we make something that can be served cold.

I had an older Bob Evans recipe book with a peppers and sausage with balsamic that I had made several years ago but the book is lost.

I've taken Buffalo Turds and a corn bread dish, etc.. My wife has made up a few pampered chef items also.

I was looking at Meatball Bubble Biscuits but it is coming up short on appeal for me.

Perhaps I can brush some butter on the bottom and dip them in grated parmesan to create a crusty bottom when baked.

Do you have any ideas?
Thanks in advance

loaded potato skins? precook everything and assemble(minus cheese). then when you get there, put them in the pans on the grill and add cheese.
