Just picked up a new electric pressure cooker and thought I'd try it out using a pack of short ribs I have.

Are you just looking for some way to season the meat? I'll assume you know how long to cook it with the pressure cooker.

You can ditch the rice wine and asian pear if you can't find them. What makes the marinade tasty is mostly the soy sauce, brown sugar, onion, and garlic.

Serve with white rice for authenticity or with a side of potato salad or macaroni salad.
