Few yr back, brother in-law took me to a small side of raod place in VA that old fella served buffalo burgers (somewhere in Pearisburg area I think)..

Forward to couple week ago, I visit local farm market down road here, and they have buffalo in freezer, so I grab a pack of burger..  

I am a simple person, what is good way to cook these patty,  as I have a small gas grill, and suppose I should buy iron for the deer I been attempting to cook on no-stick and on grill too for the buffalo meat
