Apricot jelly.
Apricot and habanero is nice if you like spicy. Apricot tart. Dried apricot with cheese. I think apricots are big in Moroccan cuisine, try searching there. |

Take the apricots and blend in a food processor until smooth. Add some orange marmalade to the apricots you just processed. Amount to taste. Serve with some goat cheese and a bland type cracker.
