What is the plastic adheaisve they put over this suspect's chest? looks like a fancy overlay paper.
how could you run quick clot . .. and this plastic overlay

as to your other question, you don't use quick clot and a chest seal on the same wound.

You should probably get some training, packing gauze in a chest wound is frowned upon.
