I shoot pistol right handed and rifle oeft handed.  How can I transition from rifle to pistol (2 point rifle sling) without leaving the muzzle to cover my feet?

Any other cross dominant shooters have ideas?

I just use my left hand to guide my rifle down toward my holster, and use my right hand to draw my pistol.

 

I use a blue force sling mounted with a Magpul ASAP adapter, and the front of the sling on the right side of the rail. This allows the gun to pivot away from my body and keeps it pointed at a about a 45 degree angle.


My only grip is when moving the rifle from my front to back it can get hung up on my holster.


How are you mounting your sling to the back of your rifle, seems like that might be your problem.
