I've been doing some searching for a class for myself and some friends.   Probably just going to do a carbine course if anything.  I've found a few places, but haven't seen any solid reviews steering me one way or the other.   Anybody know if anything in PA or even as far south as northern/central VA.  Looking to stay under a 7 hour drive if possible.

Pat Rogers (EAG Tactical) does some courses at Echo Valley Training Center, in Highview, WV.

F.I.R.E. institute has courses near Pittsburgh.

Tactical Response occasionally runs a carbine class near Hershey, PA.

Chris Fry is the owner/instructor and hes a very good teacher. He holds a few classes a year on long island.

Thats around my anniversary so no go on that one this year for me.

Long story short, there are plenty of options right here in Ny, and good options a few hours away in pa.

I have only been to mdts and can personally vouch for Chris Fry as an excellent instructor, but i intend to attend classes with all these here i listed.  Btw, i work out of freeport, and have friends and family on LI that are itching to run some classes too.
