Taken from the link, please correct me if I'm wrong, so a FF rail with only 1913 rails on top and a sling point on the bottom is ok? An example being a BCM KMR-A or Midwest Gen 3 MLOK, etc. For clarification, there would be no 1913 rails on the sides or bottom, only the top.

? Quad rails or similar hand guards may be used.

I didn't see anything saying the handguard could only have rails on the top and bottom. But they did use the word similar (WTF that means is beyond me). They seem to have hired the same people that wrote the CMP rules.

My understanding was that they needed rails on all four sides. Now maybe those rails can be detachable, but I don't know for sure.

Any rail or tube is OK, but the sling swivel still needs to be in the same location.
