Over the wwekend, my girlfriend and I went to Fairfax for the National Firearms Museum at the NRA HQ. Let me just say, it was amazing, there are around 2700 guns on display from a wheellock that is believed to have been on the Mayflower to modern full autos and everything in between. It isn't as big as I thought it would be bit was well worth the time.

I went 4-5 years ago on a last minute whim. We were in DC and had a few hours to kill. Well worth the trip. I've considered going back just for that.

I was there with my wife about 5 years ago. We drove down to see the museum and tour DC. I’d go again.
