It's such a load of bullshit: All that "Safe Driving" sounds good....sounds like a good way to penalize the fuck out of someone that makes a mistake or conform to draconian and out of date rules. A citation of any sort is a good $200. up front and that much more over the next three years.
How about all the anti-smoking propaganda, all while collecting the highest taxes in the World on tobacco.
