He got it passed and it's about to take two years worth of criminals from the adult system and put them into the non existent juvenile justice system (because that seems like a budget item).

They didn't think this plan through very much. Dumping 16 and 17 year olds into the juvenile justice system will require a huge infusion of funds into that system

Huge infusion of funds into a stupid idea is what NY does best!!
16-17 yr olds can once again be used by the criminal element to do their dirty work with little consequences. Hello 1970's & 1980's! |

In before he has them investigated for "corruption"? But seriously, most of the state I suspect is actually red... it's just NYC (and perhaps the union-lovers in Buffalo) that drive it blue. |
