Right.  The national dems don't want to embrace SAFE, particularly now that they see it is an implementation failure.   New York can be brushed under the carpet;  a nation of millions of non-compliant gun owners would put the Dems in a really bad position.

Neither Cuomo, nor Safe Act are relevant anymore!  They played themselves out.  The gun owners of NY will continue to ignore the ridiculous NYS gun laws, and Cuomo is washed up after this term.

Well I was wrong  I had predicted that Andy boy would be picked as Hillary's VP running mate, instead they found an even bigger fag, and as posted above, they dem's have distanced themselves from him and any connection with un-SAFE act, HOWEVER do not think for a second that should that demonic cvnt be elected, she won't appoint him into some position and "embrace" his good work done to keep gun out of the hands of criminals, mental patients, and miscreants. (all a false narrative to push the agenda) making a solution to a non- existent problem.

Either Attorney General, with the espousing his experience as New York's Attorney General, or head of Treasury.  Treasury gives him oversight of BATFE and AG gives him the FBI and everything else.


The first half of next year is going to be "exciting" and the old Chinese curse of "may you live in interesting times" will play out.  If the Democrat's capture the Senate, as expected, there is no filibuster of Executive Branch nominees (except SCOTUS nominees) courtesy of Harry Reid's rule change on November 21, 2013.  So Hillary's nominees will sail through on a Democratic majority vote.

One thing for certain: NOTHING happens in Government that wasn't planned, even a long term one.  
I knew Cuomo was HUD Secretary, but didn't know he had Treasury connections.
