Hey guys, quick question. My wife and myself are traveling into NYC for a wedding. We are not NY residents and I would like to at least have a G43 (8 round magazines) with me. I do and have had my CCW permit for the last 21 years, is this legal? Any advice? I prefer to be armed but I also don't want to ruin the weekend due to being armed and getting pulled over and never leaving NY again lol.

If you are caught, you will be arrested and hauled to Rikers Island to be raped.

I'm a NY resident with an unrestricted CCW and I can't set foot in NYC with a handgun
as a non-resident without a NY CCW you'd be in jail for a long time

Seriously dont evn have the "clip" of your pocket knife visible. The knife might be fine but and exposed knife clip is an E felony. So said the 3 nice officers that "stop and frisked" me on Broadway and 61st.
