FULTON, N.Y. -- A 48-year-old Fulton man faces multiple charges after police say he had sex with a dog earlier this month.

Brian L. Howard, Sr., of 611 Erie St., had sex with the 9-year-old female pit bull mix at his home around 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 12, Fulton police announced.

The dog was not licensed with the Fulton Clerk's office, police said.

On Feb. 17, Howard was charged with sexual misconduct and overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, both misdemeanors. He was also cited for having an unlicensed dog.

Howard was arraigned and sent to the Oswego County jail. He was released from jail on Friday.

Fulton is one strange little town...went to high school in Baldwinsville, so I am familiar...

By the way how do the police know he had sex with the dog? Someone watching him and saw it, was he bragging (she initiated it, amirite)?

I worked a short time in Fulton years ago when I got out of law school. The family court cases were "interesting".

Did they interview the dog to see if was consensual? I feel like pit bulls are slutty dogs... Probably more too the story

But seriously though... That was torture? People who sexually abuse their kids don't even get charged with torture
We live in an ass backwards society...

Heh, I worked in Fulton for about a year when the ethanol plant was going up.

The talk of the town at the time was the new Walmart.

Turns out, on the day of the Grand opening, our secretary's hairdresser was caught rubbing one out in the parking lot while enjoying the view of Fultonites heading into their new walmart

Cuomo is not taking interviews hes afraid the feds will go after him. So he remained silent when they tried to interview him about the encounter. Expect for him walking all funny on all fours hes still barking out orders.

I did a bankruptcy for a guy who owned a house in fulton that he had abandoned. The bank just refused to foreclose, and the county refuses to take it for back taxes.

Not a falling down shithole either, regular kind of older suburban house.
