I held one in a gun store, felt pretty damn good actually, but like banging a fat chick it might feel good with the lights off but you don't want any one seeing you with it

It's awesome. Very light and handy. Only downsides are there is not a factory bolt catch/release installed and AR height sights and optics make it more of a chin weld than a cheek weld. No sling mounts either.
Trigger is heavy but very short, like a shotgun. Huge fireball in low light/night without a FH/brake on the muzzle. 30 rd length magazines wobble a bit more than a standard AR mag well obviously but insert and lock up fine. It's a fantastic hybrid of the AR and probably the best NY legal rifle that takes AR mags. I can not comment yet on accuracy at any range. |

I just wish the lowers only were cheaper. |

I actually really like the Magpul hand guard on an AR, but on the SCR, you're right, it just doesn't do it. Where did you get the bolt catch? I don't see it on their site? |
