Randall plus 1, go to Nordic knives and spend the extra 50-100 and jump to a 6 month wait I nstead of a 5 year. For BBQ go with a classic # 1 in 8" or a Bowie model. But # is the shit. Customize it and you'll never look back. It will be well worth the wait and the guys at Nordic are very helpful. I've got several and couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and get steel instead of SS .The performance is well worth it on edge retention and sharpness. Patina it and pass it down. You get what you pay for.
