I'm getting a few results from Google, but if you have a recommendation I would greatly appreciate it.

Want to have my CZ Scorpion pistol barrel re-threaded.  It has 1/2-28 on the barrel nut, but the barrel nut won't be needed once I swap out the handguard for one from HB Industries.

The group on facebook "cz scorpion evo iii enthusiasts" has a couple of guys that do a ton of Scorpion rethreads/ K cuts, etc.

Taylor Pickerell is the go-to guy I think.
