When you're headed out to Lake Buchanan or to shoot at Best of the West range in Liberty Hill, stop at the new Rider's II Barbeque in Liberty Hill next to the Subway, pull up to the drive thru window and order 2 pounds of pulled pork, a loaf of whole wheat bread, a few bags of plain Lays chips, their "Chick" sauce, and pickles and onions.

They're chicken is great also. Haven't had the pulled pork. Brisket and ribs were ok, but needed a better rub/more salt. Sausage was very good, especially the jalepeno cheese.

It's the red barn building, good size parking lot out front. Got pulled pork and coleslaw last night, was as good as Slab's pulled pork which is really good. |

Had it again over the weekend, it was late in the day, and the chicken and sausage were kinda burned, didn't taste right.
Did not get the pulled pork unfortunately. |
