If the FFL will take a transfer from a private individual you could ship direct to FFL in Alaska.
Has the receiver ever been made into a rifle? If not there are more hoops. |

My receiver was a m110 30-06 before I took it apart for a 358 build few years ago. He has a couple different used complete lowers that were rifles (I picked the DPMS factory 223-5.56 marked complete lower.). |
