SB 179 Companion bill HB 284

Reduces the caliber to qualify for a CHL from .32 to .22.

SB 273

Provides civil fines for state agency or a political subdivision of the state to post 30.06 or prohibit CHL holders when a 30.06 sign is not valid.

Someone ought to tell him "Other states have constitutional carry, or open carry without a license." Maybe that'll shut that vapid idiot up.
