Check out the Granada Theater while you're here. Check online for whoever is playing any weekend. Best live music venue in Dallas. The Sundowner next door will suit the ladies taste in exotic food. See if you can find a bottle or tap of Lakewood Temptress while you are here.

If you are in for the next three weeks check out the Stock Show in Ft Worth. Rodeo tickets will be hard to find, but the rest of the show is still kinda cool. Animal exhibits and lots of big green tractors.  Billy Bob's and lots of good BBQ too.

Dave and Busters on Walnut Hill and Central for drinks and a modern adult arcade.

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for all of the recommendations.

Went to Blue Goose, Stupid Good Coffee, the Truck Yard (or whatever), Fearings, and some of the places I already mentioned in the thread.

Also drove to DSG our in Ft. Worth and got some Cane's on the way back (not unique to TX, we had it in MS, but there isn't one anywhere near me back home)

The day we were planning on Pecan Lodge, sister's car started pissing coolant all over the driveway on the way out the door. Spent a few hours at Firestone and missed my opportunity.

Anyway, thanks again!
