Can the governor ban flights that has anyone that has come from Liberia, either directly or indirectly?

If he cant cant stop individual flights and the feds wont do it, seems he could order the airports closed until further notice.

Regardless, if this or any other health emergency leaves the state vulnerable due to the communist baztards in Washington, the governor should just give them the 1 finger salute and shut down whatever needs shutting down.
