Where is the best place to eat breakfast in Odessa?  I know it is out in the middle of west Texas but that only means there is a great place to eat if you know where it is.

I don't know about odessa, but Greene's over in midland is a great hole in the wall spot.  Small cozy place, and the owner is a great woman who put both of her daughters through school with that small place.
