What a vile piece of garbage to be allowed on our streets. The District Attorney and courts of Dallas County failed to protect us from filth like this. In the guy's crashed out van were burglary tools and a rifle.....

By not locking up the trash.

Once again, let's go over the basics.

The police arrest.

The prosecutor presses charges.

The judge finds him guilty and sentences him

The State prison locks him up.

The parole board let's him go.

Clearer now?

Now that he's apparently graduated up to capital murder maybe he'll finally get the death sentence he deserves, although it will take WAAYYY too long to execute him.

So you would have liked him to be locked up for crimes he may have committed in the future?

I know that's against some document... I just can't put my finger on it.

He was on PROBATION not parole. Weak DA should not have given a repeat offender illegal alien probation.

In 2006, Castanon received three years probation on an auto theft charge and two counts of evading arrest in Dallas County. In 2011, Castanon was put on probation for felony theft and car theft. The probation was later revoked and he received a six month jail sentence.

In 2011, Castanon was put on probation for theft in Collin County. A probation revocation is pending and an arrest has been issued for his arrest, according to officials and court records.

Another member posted the article about his previous removal.  But really, does it surprise anyone that another illegal alien hurt / killed / committed another crime???

Maybe not the previously linked article...  but it is in this one...

"DALLAS —- The man named as a person of interest in a crash that killed a 13-year-old boy earlier this week in the M Streets area of Dallas had previously been deported."

Again, refer to the basics.  The JUDGE gave him probation.      The DA presses charges.   Keep at it, you'll get it right yet.

You said he was given parole. He was not. He was given probation. The District Attorney gave him a plea bargain for probation when they should have sent him to prison and then deported him back home to Mexico.

I am completely correct on this. Maybe since you live in Austin, you are not up to speed on the media firestorm on the local news about this guy. He is a suspect in serial burglaries in the M-Streets part of Dallas. He is suspected of burglarizing homes on weekday mornings after everyone leaves for work. M-Streets is an upper middle class area of people who all work for a living and are brave enough to send their kids to DISD schools. Everyone is enraged that this punk "slipped through the cracks". Which is BS. The DA and the courts did not protect us from this scumbag. Or the thousands of other scumbags who juice the system and play the game.

Screw them and anyone who does not see it that way.

You are probably right. But I do know when someone is not doing their job and that's what caused this. Career criminal illegal alien on the streets given probation after being previously deported. Nice work. How many more of them are out there?

The only one in this story kicking butt and doing a good job is the criminal, who had a good racket going.

That's because the Nation is full of little bitches that are all about making the prisoners feel all warm and safe inside Prison / Jail.  And they have to try and 'rehabilitate' them instead of incarcerate them like it's meant for.

If I were POTUS, you would see a major overhaul of the Corrections system.

<<Repeating Weekly Schedule>>
Mon:  Break huge boulders down for 4 hours.  Eat for 30 minutes.  Break huge boulders down for 4 hours. Whatever 'rehabilitation' program the liberals want to try.  Then back to your cell for the remaining part of your day
Tues: Break large boulders down for 4 hours.  Eat for 30 minutes.  Break large boulders down for 4 hours. Whatever 'rehabilitation' program the liberals want to try.  Then back to your cell for the remaining part of your day.
Wed:  Break large rocks down to smaller rocks for 4 hours.  Eat for 30 minutes.  Break large rocks down smaller rocks for 4 hours. Whatever 'rehabilitation' program the liberals want to try.  Then back to your cell for the remaining part of your day
Thur:  Break small rocks into pebbles for 4 hours. Eat for 30 minutes.  Break small rocks into pebbles for 4 hours.  No 'rehabilitation' today.  You go to your cell for the rest of the day.
Fri:  Recreation day!!!  Todays activities >> move huge boulders from one side of the yard to where they'll be ready for Mondays work day.  No 'rehabilitation' today.  Go back to your cell for the rest of the day and think about how much you don't want to be there.
Sat:  Stay in your cell for 22 hours.  Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is delivered to your cell by the Trustees.  The other two hours of your day are spent outside in the Yard playing basketball or whatever you want.
Sun:  Church if you are so inclined for two hours, then two hours of recreation time outside.  Then 18 hours in your cell.

Anyone have a problem with that?? Then don't friggen break the law.

Sounds like shared responsibility with ICE ERO.  This guy should've been charged under 18 USC 1325 / 1326 (if he was previously removed as an Aggravated Felon).

Heck, if all you get for stealing cars in Dallas Co is probation, no wonder its a problem. Especially after 3 times. Yes judge I'm really going to get my shit together this time.

3 or 4 tailgates a week and I wouldn't have to work and I'd get a Lone Star card.

The two suspects were caught in Fort Myers, Florida at a trailer park.

They wanted to go to Mexico but the suspect's girlfriend would not take them.

So your plan of breaking boulders would completely resolve recidivism? I think not.
