This will be the first show I have worked in this location, it's in a old value city furniture store and is layed out a bit different than most gunshows are. So far I think 230+ tables are confirmed with a 400 max available. This is the largest show in southern WV and if at max largest in WV. This is a 3 day show with it opening at 3-8pm on Friday, 9-6 Saturday, and 9-4 Sunday.
My buddy bill and I have 4 tables reserved and will have a lot of mil surp rifles, a little bit of ammo, and other goodies. We have bulk spam cans of 54r ammo on sale too  Also more mosins than you can shake a stick at
You southern HTF fellas come on up and say hello! There's a discount for arfcommers who come by and introduce themselves 
Friday is Inauguration Day too, come MAGA

Awesome sounds good! I'll update the thread when we set up and know where we are in the show.
I figured this show would be a more viable option for the southern end of the state. Heck it's a 2 hr drive for us as well. |

Wasn't anything to write home about. We sold 4 guns, and some ammo and such, not the worst, but not the best. Promoter stuck us in the back in a aisle by ourselves, and didn't get a huge amount of traffic. I doubt we do that show again. Next one there in March overlaps the dates for fairmont, so we will be there.

Everyone was raving about the St. Albans show the first time, but I was betting they'd over saturate their market. Old Dominion shows did Beckley the same way. When it was once a year it was great, but then then got up to four or more a year and it just became a place for guntraders to walk around carrying their over priced junk.

Yeah, the last Morgantown show was about 2/3 the size it normally is, thing was it was just 3 weeks after the last one, and they had it the same weekend as the Washington Pa show. Another thing with the St Albans show is the economy. There is no money down there, that area is broke, the mines in the southern part of the state are shut down, and that trickles down to all the other industries. Most of the factories down there on the river are shuttered as well. |
