Aloha, heading out to the islands in a few weeks, we have 2.5 days in Honolulu (including half of the day we arrive) and 6 on Kauai. I've found conflicting things online as to whether jet skiing and parasailing are legal off Kauai, does anyone have a definitive answer? Would like to wait to Kauai for those if possible as our schedule on Honolulu will be pretty packed along with jet lag, but if that's not possible we'll squeeze them into Honolulu.

Kauai has a law where jet skis must stay pretty far from the coast (1 mile?) and can only launch from boat harbors.  So there really isn't any rental places. I don't know if it is the same for Oahu. So get it in on Oahu if you want to do it.
