It's a private bill proposed by a senile old cunt that went in retirement last Friday. Basically, she wanted to leave with a bang.

There's a really low possibility that may pass, but up here we aren't taking any chances this time around, and we're making our voice heard with our MP and senators, some of them (even Liberal ones) have already said they won't vote for this law.
