My daughter starts as a freshman at University of Maine Farmington this Fall.
She enjoys target shooting and the nearest club to Farmington I could find is in Wilton.

Can anyone give me some info on the Wilton Fish & Game Club.

It is a very small club.  Last I knew they did not have an indoor range.
