That's for sure. I knew a Cop who spent 30 years on the NPD from the '50's till the '70's. Got away with stuff like you wouldn't believe back then but the city was a lot safer then it is today.
All different now since they decided to more clearly develop and more clearly define the legal rights of the individual American Citizen, bad guy and good guy alike.
I love it when the victim can share some blame. The prisons are now social learning and body building centers for the incarcerated's next few years on the street. They get caught again and enjoy more advanced skills and the circle goes round till they are killed in some befitting way.
