It's not "again".   This all stems from all his earlier troubles.    He plead guilty in a plea deal.   What you're reading was the results from the actual Sentencing hearing from last week.   I'm hearing he wasn't supposed to get any "jail" time even though it was at home.   Not sure if the judge added more or not.   Not sure they can do that following a plea deal but I'm no attorney.

Judges don't have to accept deals, they generally do though.

Judges don't have to accept deals, they generally do though.


In this case he must have only rejected "part" of the deal.  He was guilty of a lot more.
