The same people ran the ARPA for many years and they all burned out. Practically speaking it almost disbanded several years ago. Before it totally disappeared some new blood was infused but they seem to be burning out too.
There's an Arkansas shooters group on Yahoo where some of the old leaders hung out but that board has essentially disappeared too. |

I attempted to participate in that "organization." I paid my dues, but never received any of the promised correspondence. I tried to attend a meeting once, but their published meeting time was inaccurate. I finally realized that it was really a closed clique and I was not one of the chosen. I used to get letter asking for dues payments, but it has been a long time since the last one. |
