Nucor has 2 mills in NE Arkansas, anyone hired from outside will get an entry level job except for specialties like electricians, IT, maintenance etc.

entry level pays about $40-60K, Leadership position about $120K so you could figure the in between. Mechanical workers get the same pay as most leadership positions. Electricians can make a little more.

Jobs come open all the time as people move up and transfer but it is VERY hard to get in just because of the number of applicants and a lawsuit from about 10 years ago that changed hiring practices. The applicant is completely anonymous until they're name is drawn for interview and I cannot help you in any way other than post this link. With that said it's worth the wait for someone without formal training/education or anyone who wants to make more money and they love former/current military.
