You pretty much have to have a auto rotator to get really good crisp  pics. I was too busy sleeping!

I think, though, that if I use the delay timer I can get it better for next time.



Another issue was getting it to really focus in.  I was wishing for just a TINY bit more adjustment, there.

You can get a shutter release button on Amazon cheap.  Ill get one when I upgrade my tripod. Probably about when I buy an L lens.

I use a tripod and the shot timer when taking pics of the night sky.  i have a few nice pics of the moon around here somewhere.


ETA:  Not the blood moon, but a shot from another night.

Yeah, how in the hell are you getting it to focus that well?  I hit the very edge of the adjustment range and the picture was STILL fuzzy!
