Well, it is owned by the UA. I can't remember if they passed CC on campus or not, but I think they did, just not in the buildings or something queer. If I were just a tourist though...

Youll likely be ok. Biggest danger youll likely encounter will be the peacocks.

Well I went and it's not posted. Due to the whole "University of Arkansas" thing though, I didn't carry. Not sure how UA rules work, so I defaulted to treating it like a school zone until I find out otherwise.

I did have a near death encounter with a peacock though. All parties escaped without injury.
