Does anyone know of a FFL that is willing to ship firearms in a timely manner (or perhaps meets you at the shipper) that also does not charge an arm and a leg?

I doubt any of them will meet you at the shipper.
Where are you located? I've used Rod at Moeller Arms to ship before. You might want to call around and see if any can meet your time frame. I've shipped guns out via UPS several times without any problems or hassle. |

Granted, I'm out as far as UPS store reaches into bumfuck, but I always took whatever I was shipping to them and they took care of it. In fact, that's a great idea. Come here, get your gun shipped hassle free, and buy me a beer.
