Just seen on the news that they linked that handgun (a colt python) to 5 homicides that have occurred this year.
At least I'm pretty sure it's the same one, I kind of missed the street names they said on the news. ETA: there's definitely an entire thread on this that I somehow didn't see. My bad

So I heard it on the news that the officer who was shot was shot in the lower abdomen /upper legs. Anybody know if he was shot through the front window of his cruiser and it deflected the bullets down from center mass?

I heard when the second officer started to shoot the suspect was nearly on top of the first officer, don't quote me on that as I can't remember where I saw it. |
