Don't need to get a sign off anymore. Read up an ATF 41F and CLEO sign offs.

Since others are not as inclined to, here is the Final rule 41fF that has been effective as of July 13, 2016.

Dan would sign if it was still required, but it's not needed anymore.
Dan is a long time 2A advocate, as is the under sheriff. |
