I've used Medic Firearms for regular transfers, but I know they also offer NFA ones for $50.  It does look like Matt is no longer running the business.  Bruce is taking over the business and has changed the name to Wolf River Precision LLC.

I recently arranged a class 3 transfer with Jim of Tactical Investments in Collierville, and he said class 1 transfers were only $30.
