I have a Ruger Precision Rifle and am trying to swap the barrel.  I have it all broken down but can't get the barrel nut to budge.  I don't have a barrel vise and my regular vise isn't working.

Anyone know of a gunsmith who you would recommend?  I live in Collierville, near Memphis.

Appreciate the help.

I have had a positive experience with Keith Warner in Germantown.  But you don't want to be in a hurry if you use them.  The sign on the door warns you that it may take six weeks.  If you are in a rush, you may want to order a barrel vice.  It will probably end up costing you the same amount as a visit to a gunsmith.
