A friend of mine and I are in pursuit of the best breakfast burrito in the Salt Lake Area. Was curious what the home town forum would recommend.

Graduate burrito at Even Stevens.  They just opened a store in the Jordan area, but haven't been there.  Im talking about the one almost downtown on 200 S.  The place is run and always filled with hipsters, but don't let it fool you, its a freaking awesome place to eat.

If you go there, it is requisite to try the stuffed french toast, however.  Holy shit is it stuffed with cream cheesey, made from the Gods, goodness. Words do it no justice.  Go try it, nao.




Id give an honorable mention to Caffe Niche.  Another slightly hipstery place, but still good food and quality ingredients.



Ive had a breakfast burrito at a few other joins, but none worth mentioning.  If you don't want to descend into the deep abyss of hippies, hipsters, and bums that is downtown, I got nothing for you.  But, I live about 3 blocks from both my recommendations and ignore the weirdos easily.

I have had a sandwich at Even Stevens and it was good. Will have to go back and try a breakfast burrito. I have heard from someone else that it is the best breakfast burrito in the valley.

Penny Ann's Cafe (Their pork chile verde is also excellent.)

The waits can be long, so I will only go if I can get their early.
