Would like to know the difference,Also what does it take to get one or the other in Utah,is it expensive or hard? Thanks to all that answer.

Tomato, tomahto. There's no difference, one is just a more appropriate name than the other. It's mostly just a tool for pedantic folks to get their know-it-all on.

Utah isn't any more expensive or hard than every place, it's the federal stuff that costs the money and takes forever. Pretty much any dealer can fill you in on the specifics.

If you get a suppressor (I prefer this term), do not buy one outside of a trust. SilencerCo has pre-made trusts for like $140 last I checked. Once you have one, you don't need to buy another. Just keep adding your NFA items on the existing trust.
