Has anyone used Long Range Precision (the same building as The Gun Vault) for any barrel work?  Experience, reviews?  Or any other recommendations for someone in the valley to chamber, thread, and crown a barrel?

I don't have personal experience, hopefully someone can chime in.

If you would like to see a video of them threading a barrel, that guy that is hated on this site, you know, the one that has fancy nuts, has a vid on youtube where he had a Ruger American Rifle threaded and put the whole thing on video.

They haven't returned my email, they never answer the phone, and despite their voice mail greeting that says "We check our voice mail several times per day", they won't call me back.  When I've stopped by The Gun Vault, the machine shop has been closed up, and the LPR guys weren't there.

Ah, well.

I just had Cross Canyon Arms up in Ogden re-barrel my Remington 700, they also profiled the barrel for a Surefire suppressor mount and I had them tap the receiver holes to 8 - 40 thread pitch. The smith who did the work did a good job, three week turn around and the price was very reasonable.
